- Provide you with a straight-forward 19 word "Happiness Guarantee" which states that if you are not completely happy with my service during our listing agreement, you may cancel at any time. No if's, and's, or but's.
- Use a listing presentation to explain the entire listing process.
- Prepare a realistic estimate of the proceeds statement and review any costs of sale to you.
- Show you how to improve the marketability of your home.
- Arrange for a tour of your home by our Sales Associates, so they can also see its features and benefits.
- Submit detailed facts, highlighting your home's best features, to the Multiple Listing Service, other Brokers, Sales Associates, and serious prospective buyers. I'll place an attractive For Sale sign, and provide a MLS lockbox for your property.
- Prepare a Point of Sale display for your home and provide a supply of brochures with COLOR photos for real estate agents and potential buyers.
- Explain how our Homeowner's Protection Plan can protect you against unexpected expense both during the listing period and after the sale; and how it can enhance the marketability of your home.
- Expend extra effort to write creative, eye-catching ads designed to generate interest in your home. Not only will I write them, but I'll personally proof them, and personally pay for them.
- MOST IMPORTANT! I will provide you with a "Plan of Action" showing how I will successfully market and SELL you home.
TO INFORM YOU I WILL:
- Call you at least once a week to give you a status report on marketing activity. You are encouraged to call me anytime.
- Send you copies of the newspaper ads we run.
- Explain in detail all instruments, transactions, and procedures.
IN SHOWING YOU HOME I WILL:
- Work with the prospective buyers, qualify them, and counsel them regarding financial alternatives.
- Carefully follow up on anyone who previews your home.
- Deal with all inquiries regarding your home in a skillful and professional manner.
- Give you my best until your home is SOLD.
